Return and exchange policy

 Coffee beans cannot be returned or exchanged. Other products can be exchanged or returned within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receipt, as long as they are in their original condition. The customer is responsible for the return costs. In case you receive a wrong or different product, Soil roasters will take care of the return process free of charge, but the product should be in the same condition as you received it without any damage. !
