Order and Delivery Policies

Order Policy:

We believe in Soil that the customer has full right to cancel the order, but when the order is not received by the ship carrier, the invoice amount will be returned within a maximum period of 10 day

Pick-up Policy:

The order is cancelled when it takes 5 days without picking it up from receiving notification.

Pick-up service is available during business days from Saturday to Thursday.

Delivery policy:

Domestic delivery will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Gulf countries delivery will be dispatched within 5-10 working days.

Soil Roaster  is not liable for the damage caused by the carrier.

Soil Roaster is not responsible of any delivery delays of the shipment that are caused by the carrier.

Returned order due to the lack of response to the carrier, reschedules or mistakes at the address entered, the customer shall bear the shipping value.
